The members of the Spectrum Bridge management team have a long history of creating companies that deliver disruptive technologies to the marketplace. Most recently, they were the senior management team of MeshNetworks, acquired by Motorola in late 2004. Combined, they have created six successful startups, each of which resulted in either an acquisition or IPO.
Richard Licursi, President & CEO
Mr. Licursi is the CEO and co-founder of Spectrum Bridge. He was also a
co-founder, President and CEO of MeshNetworks Inc., which became
recognized as the global leader in mobile mesh networking technology.
Upon Motorola’s acquisition of MeshNetworks in 2004, he held the
position of Vice President and Director of Operations for the Mesh
Product Group.
Peter Stanforth, CTO
As CTO and co-founder of Spectrum Bridge, Mr. Stanforth is responsible for managing intellectual property, standards efforts and the strategic Product Roadmap. Prior to co-founding Spectrum Bridge, Stanforth was co-founder and CTO of MeshNetworks, Inc, where he was responsible for managing the strategic business and technical aspects of product development and operations. MeshNetworks owns 48 patents on adhoc and broadband wireless technologies, of which he authored 10, and has over 200 pending applications.
Joe Hamilla, COO
Mr. Hamilla is responsible for managing the day to day operations including Engineering and Sales at Spectrum Bridge, where he is Chief Operations Officer and a co-founder of the company. Prior to founding Spectrum Bridge, he was VP of Engineering at MeshNetworks Inc., where he was responsible for directing the technology development, manufacturing and product delivery for ad hoc mesh network systems and products into several worldwide vertical markets.
Chris Duffus, CFO
Prior to his role with the Spectrum Bridge, he was VP Finance for M2Z Networks, an innovative wireless services company focused on providing free, universal wireless broadband across the United States. Duffus also served as the CFO for Govolution, a leading provider of electronic payment software and services to the public sector and the banking industries. Duffus was with the family investment office of John Kluge, Metromedia Company. While there he focused on Internet and telecommunications investments. Duffus began his career with Goldman Sachs. He is a graduate of Florida A&M University and the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business.
Neeraj Srivastava, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development
A 20-year veteran of marketing and technology policy , Neeraj Srivastava is responsible for building partner relationships and developing the ecosystem around Spectrum Bridge’s vision of Universal Spectrum Access. Neeraj comes to Spectrum Bridge from Dell Inc. where he served as Director of Technology Policy in the company’s CTO Office and worked with governments worldwide on key technology policy issues affecting the IT industry. Neeraj was instrumental in driving Dell’s efforts in working with the FCC to approve the White Spaces proceeding in 2008, enabling unlicensed radio devices to share the unused TV bands. Neeraj has also held Director of Marketing roles in both Dell’s consumer desktop and business laptop businesses.
